Current University Expertise:

I study how climate change affects biodiversity (mostly animals). My main focus is developing predictions of how changing climate affects where species can live. I am interested in how species have responded to climate change in the past (on the scale of decades to thousands of years) and developing estimates of future change. I am also interested in conservation and management implications of climate change, particularly as it relates to sea level rise in Florida.
